Dominique has a degree in Tourism Management Business Development and over a decade of experience in office administration. She has become very passionate about providing an exceptional customer service experience to our clients and their members in all interactions and communications.
After years spent studying and working in the field of Recreational Therapy, she is knowledgeable about:
- Standards of Best Practices & Principles of Recreational Therapy,
- Individualized Programming and being able to assess, create and implement a Needs Based Program.
She is trained in or holds certification in Mental Health First Aid, Multi-Sensory Environment, Montessori, Safe Talk, Leisure Scope and Gentle Persuasive Approach.
